RevMist products must be used only as directed. Improper use, unsafe installation, misuse, modification, exposure to excessive heat, use with incompatible vehicle vents, or failure to follow instructions may result in reduced performance, product damage, vehicle interior damage, spills, leaks, or other issues.
You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, packaging information, and safety guidance before using the product.
3. Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer
RevMist is designed to work with many standard vehicle air vents, but compatibility is not guaranteed for every vehicle, vent shape, vent angle, vent material, dashboard design, or interior finish.
Before use, you are responsible for confirming that the product fits securely and safely in your vehicle.
Do not use RevMist if it blocks your view, interferes with vehicle controls, prevents proper airflow, damages the vent, distracts the driver, or cannot be installed securely.
4. Driving Safety
Do not install, remove, adjust, open, refill, or handle RevMist while driving.
Always park safely before handling the product.
RevMist must not interfere with safe driving, vehicle visibility, airbags, controls, electronics, screens, vents, steering, pedals, or any other vehicle function.
You are solely responsible for using the product safely and in compliance with applicable driving laws.
5. Fragrance and Sensitivity Disclaimer
Fragrance experience can vary from person to person and from vehicle to vehicle.
Scent strength, duration, and performance may be affected by airflow level, temperature, sun exposure, vehicle size, vent position, storage conditions, fragrance type, and personal sensitivity.
We do not guarantee a specific scent strength, duration, or fragrance experience.
Some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to fragrance ingredients. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, headache, dizziness, nausea, breathing discomfort, allergic reaction, or any other adverse reaction occurs.
RevMist products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
6. Fragrance Gel Safety
RevMist fragrance gel is not food and must not be ingested.
Keep all RevMist products, gel trays, packaging, and small parts away from children and pets.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, clothing, upholstery, plastics, painted surfaces, leather, vinyl, screens, electronics, and other sensitive materials.
If fragrance gel leaks, spills, or contacts any surface, clean it immediately according to the vehicle or surface manufacturer’s care instructions.
RevMist is not responsible for damage caused by spills, leaks, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, excessive heat, or failure to follow product instructions.
7. Heat, Storage, and Environmental Conditions
Do not expose RevMist products to open flame, extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight outside normal vehicle use, or unsafe storage conditions.
Do not store fragrance gel trays loose in a vehicle, glove box, pocket, bag, or any place where they may leak, melt, crack, open, or contact sensitive surfaces.
Product performance and condition may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and storage conditions.
8. No Guarantee of Results
RevMist is designed to provide a cleaner and more refined fragrance experience compared to traditional car air fresheners, but individual results may vary.
We do not guarantee that the product will meet every personal preference, vehicle setup, scent expectation, or performance expectation.
Scent preference is subjective and is not considered a product defect.
9. Product Images and Renderings
Product images, renderings, mockups, packaging previews, colors, finishes, and website visuals are provided for illustration and presentation purposes.
Actual product appearance, finish, packaging, color, size perception, and details may vary due to manufacturing updates, screen settings, lighting, photography, prototypes, or production changes.
We reserve the right to improve or modify product design, packaging, materials, and specifications without notice.
10. Pre-Orders, Coming Soon Products, and Availability
If a product is listed as “coming soon,” “pre-order,” or “launching soon,” any estimated launch date, shipping date, or availability date is an estimate only.
Production, supply, testing, packaging, shipping, or fulfillment delays may occur.
We are not responsible for losses, inconvenience, or damages caused by delayed product availability or delayed shipment, except where required by applicable law.
