Refund policy
At RevMist, we want your experience to feel as refined as the product itself. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Because RevMist products include fragrance gel trays, certain items cannot be returned once opened, used, installed, or unsealed.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all included parts and accessories
- Approved by our support team before being shipped back
- Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
For product safety and fragrance quality reasons, the following items are final sale once opened, unsealed, used, or installed:
- RevMist gel tray refills
- Fragrance Discovery Sets
- Any fragrance gel tray with the protective seal removed
- Used or partially used fragrance products
- Subscription refill orders that have already shipped
- Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts
Unopened and sealed fragrance refills may be eligible for return within the return window.
Starter Kit Returns
RevMist Starter Kits may be returned if the diffuser body is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
If the included gel tray has been opened, unsealed, or used, the fragrance portion of the kit is not refundable. In some cases, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the opened fragrance tray.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Scent Preference
Fragrance is personal. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened fragrance products due to scent preference.
If you are unsure which scent to choose, we recommend starting with the Fragrance Discovery Set when available.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be cancelled or modified before the next renewal date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To avoid unwanted charges, please update or cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible unused items.
Opened, unsealed, or used fragrance products cannot be exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
