Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to RevMist subscriptions, refill plans, pre-orders, and any other purchase option offered on our website.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a RevMist subscription or monthly refill plan, you authorize RevMist and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription option selected at checkout.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription before your next renewal date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, charged, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle. Future subscription renewals may still be cancelled or modified.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription through your customer account or subscription management link, if available.

Please include your name, order number, and the email address used for the purchase.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next renewal to avoid the next charge being processed.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because RevMist products include fragrance gel trays, opened, unsealed, used, or installed fragrance products are not eligible for refund due to scent preference, change of mind, or accidental renewal.

Subscription Changes

  • You are responsible for keeping your subscription details up to date, including:
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method
  • Selected scent
  • Delivery frequency
  • Quantity

If your subscription renews using outdated information, we may not be able to cancel, refund, reroute, or replace the order once it has been processed or shipped.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, your order may be delayed, skipped, cancelled, or retried depending on the payment provider or subscription system.

RevMist is not responsible for missed shipments caused by failed payments, expired cards, incorrect billing information, or declined transactions.

Pre-Orders and Coming Soon Products

If you purchase a pre-order or coming soon product, your order may be charged at checkout and shipped once the product becomes available.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated launch dates, fulfillment dates, and shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, inventory, testing, packaging, or shipping delays.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases may be cancelled only before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your purchase option order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Changes to Purchase Options

RevMist may update, modify, pause, or discontinue subscription plans, refill plans, pre-orders, discounts, delivery frequencies, scents, pricing, or purchase options at any time.

Where required, we will provide notice of material changes before they apply to future subscription renewals.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
