Thank you for shopping with RevMist. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During product launches, promotions, high-volume periods, or pre-order periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Locations
RevMist ships to the locations available at checkout.
If your address is not accepted at checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order details.
Any available free shipping offers, promotional shipping rates, or discounts will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Pre-Orders and Coming Soon Products
If you purchase a pre-order or coming soon product, your order will ship once the product becomes available.
Estimated launch or shipping dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to production, inventory, or fulfillment delays.
If your order contains both available and pre-order items, they may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
RevMist is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at inforevmist@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
RevMist is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbours, your building mailroom, or the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at inforevmist@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by location.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
RevMist is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Subscription Orders
Subscription refill orders are shipped according to the schedule selected at checkout.
Please update your shipping address or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
